In the heart of the Contamines-Montjoie ski area, a former mountain chalet dating from 1861 and renovated in 1989. It has a surface area of approximately 170 sq-m, nestled at an altitude of 1871 metres, facing the Mont-Blanc massif. Current commercial activity open winter/summer for a refuge of 28 beds, and also a high altitude restaurant with a large outside terrace and its panoramic view. Possibility of change of use to a single dwelling chalet (application in progress). Only a ten-minute walk from the arrival of the Signal cable car and accessible by 4x4.
